We bring them back to our roastery deep in the woods of Northern Michigan, find the perfect roast profile for the particular bean or blend, and micro-roast each batch fresh for your order! All of our coffees are available for wholesale.

Our Commitment to Organic Coffee
We promise to offer you the very best in certified organic coffees. In an effort to support new farmers during the three-year certification process, we may occasionally purchase transition-to-organic coffees (chemical-free but not yet certified). As we add new products - like teas - to our offerings, we’ll choose only organic (and locally-made when available) products from like-minded businesses.

Our Commitment to Fair Trade Coffee
We only purchase coffee above a third party certified fair trade price and will only work with small-scale cooperatives striving for community sustainability. Through regular interaction with our partner growers, education in our community and participation in the fair trade movement, we aim to push the boundaries to make trade more fair!

By developing relationships with farmers who care deeply for their small parcels of land and all the life that inhabits it, we are committed to protecting (and encouraging the growth of) diversified forests of shade trees that provide life to a multitude of birds, animal and plant species.
