Cariño Espresso Blend

Black Cherry * Honey * Creamy

Cariño is a seasonal espresso blend, with a honey-processed coffee from the COMSA cooperative in Honduras as the primary component. Unlike traditional "washed" coffee processing, in which all the fruit is removed from the coffee bean before fermentation and drying, honey processing involves leaving some of that fruit on the bean, allowing it to ferment and dry that way and resulting in a sweet, juicy coffee.

50% Honduras COMSA honey-processed community lot
35% Rodolfo Peñalba single farmer lot (natural process)
15% Oscar Alonso single farmer lot (washed process)
